Problem
CRWFRD Digital was built around a simple challenge: how do you create digital momentum without relying on large budgets?
Across client and owned projects, the work required building trust, clarifying the offer, improving content quality, and turning attention into measurable user behaviour.
Task
My task was to build and optimize the growth system across each project — content strategy, landing page messaging, SEO execution, short-form creative testing, analytics review, and customer journey improvement.
Because the work lived under my own studio, I owned both strategy and execution: identifying the audience, shaping the message, building the assets, analyzing performance, and iterating based on data.
Solution
Results
Across CRWFRD Digital projects, I generated 1,000+ users, sustained 20% month-over-month traffic growth, and scaled organic reach beyond 500K views.
Analytics improvements included a 27% increase in session duration and a 17% reduction in bounce rate — signalling stronger audience quality, improved content fit, and a smoother customer journey.
Beyond the numbers, CRWFRD Digital gave me hands-on ownership of the full digital growth process: positioning, content, landing pages, analytics, optimization, and execution across multiple brand contexts.

Reflection
CRWFRD Digital taught me how to think like both a marketer and an operator. I had to define the audience, shape the offer, build the content, analyze the data, and improve the system — without waiting for someone else to hand me a playbook.
That experience made me sharper at connecting creative decisions to measurable behaviour, which now informs how I approach social, lifecycle, content, and growth marketing work.
